Tolulope 'Tboy' Ogunmefun was born and raised in Hackney, East London. Generally known for being playful from a young age and taking the role of a class clown, Tolu was sent to school in Nigeria. After a few years Tolu returned to finish his studies at St Bonaventure's school in Forest Gate, east London. Tolu always had a keen interest in sports especially basketball, having played for his school and college team he also spent a short period playing for a team in Houston, Texas. Returning to London for a second time brought about the birth of his path as a comedian. One day while with a friend at his university dorm he randomly made a comical rant video on a camera beginning with the phrase 'don't jealous me'. His friend uploaded the video onto Facebook and it went viral. The 'DontJealousMe' is comedy series started in 2008. What started out as comical rants in front of a webcam has branched into a full web series consisting of skits, parodies and songs. The success of the show has led Tolu to accumulate over 28 Million views online as well as over 90 thousand unique subscribers to his channel. The growing fan base has also led to tours around the US and the UK, as well as him being respected as one of the most sought after African comedians.

Tolulope is from Ekiti State, in southern-western Nigeria. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States of America. She moved back to Nigeria when she was three (3) and was awarded a scholarship in year six (6) for her outstanding contributions in arts. Tolulope eventually attended Igbinedion Education Centre, Benin City, Edo State for secondary school. To further her education, she returned to the United States and attended Saint Mary's College, Moraga, California, where she graduated with a B.A in performing Arts.
