Spotlight Pin 1570-6721-5937 Toby was born in Colchester, Essex, January 1971. At the age of ten he and his family moved to Bodmin in Cornwall where he stayed for the remainder of his childhood. He then ventured to London to pursue his singing and acting career. Crossing paths with the likes of Sylvia Young and Kiki Dee he was pointed in the right direction. His performances have taken him from the West End and regional UK theatres, onto oceans, into Europe and around the Globe! Toby also has experience in voice-overs, including Men's Health Magazines radio campaign. Toby has also appeared in numerous television programmes and films. At present, when Toby is not performing himself, he is helping to mold the stars of tomorrow providing inspirational tuition to enthusiastic youngsters of all ages, and adults alike. He was Musical Director, Singing Teacher and Mentor to 65 full-time academic and vocational students from ages 5 to 17 years old at Stonelands School Of Ballet & Theatre Arts in Hove from Sept 2004 - Sept 2006. Toby is also Choir Master/ Musical Director to The Caravanettes, an all ladies choir based in Macclesfield. When not teaching or performing, Toby is also out and about singing for private parties, weddings and performing at cabaret venues. Toby is also available for compere/host bookings. Toby has taught children to sing from as young as 4 years old up to 18 years of age, as well as adults of all ages. Toby has been CRB verified.
