Born in Antwerp, Belgium. He lived there until age 7, after which he started traveling the world with his parents. By the time he was 18, he had seen half the world and moved well over 40 times, all the while trying to pursue a career as a professional tennis player. He eventually dealt with an injury that forced him to take time off and instead pursued his degree in the USA, while on a tennis scholarship. He began his study of theatre at the University of Maryland, College Park. Thomas also attended a performing arts program at the historic Freedom Theatre in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has studied the art of acting with Aaron Spieser, Chip Fields and Richard Lawson at the Beverly Hills Playhouse and privately. Since his first on-screen appearance on MTV's "Beauty and the Beach"; Thomas has appeared in over thirty films and plays, award winning national and international commercials, radio spots, print campaigns and television shows such as General Hospital, Crime Strike, etc. In the new digital media arena, he is a series regular on the new web series titled "Those Guys" and has performed sketch comedy pieces for Wikileaktv.com and Creeper films. Thomas has worked with award winning directors such as Mario Van Pebbles, Tommy Hicks, Denise Dowse and Kevin Smith across multiple forms of media. One of his favorite theatrical roles was in "One Woman, Two lives" as Jonathan Cooke; played opposite of Kellita Smith. His most recent theatre appearance is with Eastern Sky Theatre Company's "The Last Appeal". Thomas is also invited annually to perform with Towne Street Theatre and is fondly remembered for his notable portrayal of "Junior" the drug addicted brother of an autistic boy as well as the play "Naked Man" a conversation with a nudist. Thomas Bewley was born in Sussex and brought up in Kent, where he attended the King's School, Canterbury. At Oxford he was a member of OUDS, for whom he played Gloucester in King Lear, which after selling out at the Oxford Playhouse went on to tour France and Italy. After teaching overseas in West Africa and Turkey Thomas returned to teaching English and Drama in Kent, as well as getting married and fathering a daughter and a son. This was followed by 11 years working in PR for the National Farmers' Union and four years as a publications editor for Balliol College, Oxford.
