She is best known for her role in the Sci-Fi Action feature "Battle of Los Angeles" (2011) (V) often airing on the SYFY channel in which she played Airforce pilot Lt. Solano. Most recently, you will find her opening the episode called "Patience" on CBS's internationally known NCIS. She also enjoys the creative side-writing, producing, shooting, and editing smaller projects. She is a part-time environmentalist, promoting petitions that she believes in, is a long distance mother to her Child-Fund child from Mozambique, Sarmento, is a member of Amnesty International, donator to Human Rights Campaign, UNHCR, Samaritan's Purse and more. Theresa Laib was born in Glendale, California. Her mother, from China, is a global-logistics accountant and her father, French, Irish, Italian descent, is a Lecturer at the University of Southern California. Theresa entered the world of professional acting in 2014 when she was cast, in the feature-length horror film, Havenhurst, as the daughter of the lead character, played by Julie Benz. On the set, Ms. Benz graciously gave Theresa acting tips between takes. Theresa was thrilled to work with real Hollywood actors and behind-the-scenes film-makers including Director, Andrew C. Erin.
