Ona Zee was born Ona Zimmerman on March 3, 1951 in Los Angeles, California. Ona has a sister and a half sister. She became a model and an actress at age 12. Zee graduated from University High School in West Los Angeles. Moreover, Ona attended California State University Northwestern, but didn't graduate as well as went to Parson Art School in New York for one year. Zee was a professional model for the prestigious Wilhelmina Agency in the 1970's. In addition, Ona took acting lessons and appeared in TV commercials for J.C. Penney, Levi's Jeans, Standard Shoes, and Ultra Brite Toothpaste. Zee began performing in explicit hardcore movies in her mid-30's in the mid 1980's. Ona founded her own namesake production company Ona Zee Productions in 1990. Zee formed a porn film actors union in the 1990's, but it alas collapsed due to lack of legal and political support. After retiring from the adult film industry, Ona reportedly went on to work as a real estate agent for Caldwell Banker in Los Angeles. A member of the AVN Hall of Fame, Zee has been married twice.

Onahoua Rodriguez
Onahoua Rodriguez grew up in New York and received her training from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She was cast in New York to play The Bride in Blood Wedding at the La Jolla Playhouse, and eventually relocated to Los Angeles. Since then, she has guest starred and recurred on various TV shows including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Saving Grace, ER, NYPD Blue, Cold Case, CSI Miami, Boston Public, Cover Me, The Allison Anders pilot In The Echo and is best known for playing Emolia Melendez on The Shield and Maria "Mermex" on the current season of Weeds. She also starred in the world premiere of Cruz's Beauty Of The Father at the Seattle Rep. Onahoua recently starred in the world premiere of Octavio Solis' Lydia at The Denver Center for the Performing Arts and will reprise the role in 2009 at the Yale Repertory Theater and at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles.
