Canadian-born actor Kareem Tristan Alleyne was raised in Montreal by way of Vincentian and Grenadian parents. Kareem has always been creatively driven and growing up he was heavily influenced by his sister's stories about drama class in High school. Once a freshman, Kareem would go on to take drama class in 7th through 11th grade- attaining 3 of 4 Actor of the Year awards. Drama class solidified his growing passion to pursue his career in the arts. He has portrayed a wide range of characters in television, film, and on stage. His first performance came at the age of 10 when he played Elijah in a church play. After graduating from John Abbott College's Professional Theatre Program in Montreal, Kareem began his theatre career in Black Theatre Workshop's production of The Meeting by Jeff Stetson. He has since made guest appearances in several TV shows and feature films including: Quantico (ABC), 19-2 (CTV), 21 Thunder (CTV), Jack Ryan (Amazon Prime), On The Basis of Sex (2018), iZombie (CW), and Altered Carbon (Netflix). 2020 saw the release of his supporting role in Lifetime's Stolen by my Mother: The Kamiyah Mobley Story working alongside Niecy Nash, Ta'Rhonda Jones, and Rayven Symone Ferrell. The film would go on to break some records, with over 2 million viewers in its premiere. Recently, Kareem completed his starring role as Monty Fassbeck in Bounce TV's holiday film called 'Marry Me This Christmas'; working alongside Ransom's (CBS) Brandon Jay McLaren and Twenties (BET) star, Gabrielle Graham. In addition to his film and TV credits, Kareem has worked in notable video games including: Ubisoft's Watch Dogs 2 and Assassin's Creed: Origins. He lent his voice to the critically acclaimed EA Sports' Need For Speed: Heat, and voiced his role as Alex in Game On's Man of Medan. Launching his career in Montreal, Kareem then moved to Toronto, eventually finding residence in Vancouver. This new city would see Kareem thrive amassing his most notable TV & film roles to date.
