Josué Guerrero, Dominican actor born on April 14, 1982 in the city of Santo Domingo. A graduate of the National School of Dramatic Art, he began his professional career 16 years ago participating in more than 25 theatrical productions. He catapulted himself as creator and producer with the play "Trapitos al Sol" in 2011. He has been nominated as best actor in the awards of ACROARTE, for works like "Hey, hey el tercer día", obtaining the prized award in 2015 for his performance in "La Venus de las Pieles". On television, he starred in the Dominican series "Apasionados" and "Corazones Alquilados". He had the main role in several short films such as "Te para Tres" and the short film winner at the 16th Santo Domingo International Film Festival 2014, "Suicide and Murder". Since 2005 he has performed in 14 feature films including: "Todos los hombres son iguales", "Detective Willy", "Amigo D" and "La Barbería", besides having the main role in the movies "Duarte, Traición and Gloria "," Flor " and "En tu Piel ", the latter that stars with the actress Eva Arias, under the direction of Matías Bize.

Maychi was born Josué Eduardo May Chi on February 7, 1988 in Hopelchén, Campeche, Mexico, where he lived until he was 18 years old, and then emigrated to San Francisco de Campeche, Mexico, where he studied Theater. He comes from a family of Mayan origin, which is why he is a native speaker of the Yucatecan Mayan language. He moved to Mexico City and graduated in 2011 with a degree in Administration, but almost at the same time he began a career in Theater, which has allowed him to participate in projects that have contributed to make visible the situation that people of indigenous peoples go through. In 2015 the actor worked in the play 'The Corn Mill', which focuses on the visibility of Mayan women and later, in 2017 he participated in the play 'Andares' by Makuyeika Creativo Teatral and directed by Héctor Flores Komatsu, where he met with actors from Chiapas, Morelos and Oaxaca and shared from their stories, the experience of their childhoods, life in their communities and how they face society. As a playwright he wrote Jats'uts sáastal: Bello Amanecer (2014), collaborates in Andares (2017), Venados Caminantes (2017), and Ch'e'en: Asomándose al Pozo; a work in the Mayan language. He has also served as a consultant for Mayan-language theater projects.
