Cadence was born in Washington and raised in a purely English household. She decided to take a year off between graduating high school and attending college, and attended Shoreline Community College for a year. However, she also took classes at Freehold Theatre in Seattle and signed with Topo Swope Talent Agency. In August of 2015, Cadence made the big move down to Los Angeles where she studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Hollywood. After a year there, she decided to pursue her education elsewhere, and enrolled in John Markland's Studio with the Moth Theatre where she still studies today.

After completing the program she produced "Love Meet Hope" starring Ed Asner. Additionally she produced the film, "Fan-O-Rama: A Futurama Fan Film" where she also plays the part of Leela.
