Richard Senior

Richard Senior is a television director. He was Lead Director on McDonald & Dodds, the critically acclaimed Bath-based detective drama starring BAFTA winner Jason Watkins. He has directed season finales of Humans, The Last Kingdom and Poldark. After his 2011 debut Doctor Who "Let's Kill Hitler" made him one of the youngest ever directors of the show, Richard became Lead Director on M.I.High, before working on other BBC series including Silent Witness, Our Girl and The Interceptor. Prior to directing drama, Richard was a multi-award-winning advertising creative, responsible for writing, directing and editing promotional campaigns for BBC dramas.
