Before digital cameras Nayef made short films and stop motion videos with a camcorder, recording to VHS and editing with two VCR's. During college he took theater and film classes, then moved to New York to study method acting. Later he worked for camera houses and as a camera assistant. Now he's writing and directing indie films.
