Gena Lashay

Gena Lashay is a native of Sarasota, Florida. She attended and graduated from Booker High, Visual and Performing Arts School. She is an award-winning, published, plus-size model and actress with a passion and appreciation for the arts and storytelling. She recently broadened her horizons into TV and film by landing several National commercials, her first lead role in the short film You Deserve More and a supporting role in feature film Get Close as Juanita Turner.
